| 2010 October 09 MAC launches its first video on The Five Aikido Steps MAC formally launches its first video project on Saturday, October 9th, at our dojo. Entitled The Five Aikido Steps, this first MAC video project is a 20-minute instructional film for serious aikido students at all skill levels. The video discusses the importance of accurate, precise footwork as a foundation for aikido excellence. It demonstrates how the serious student can build footwork skills and make them second nature. The video was produced and edited by MAC member Leon Aman. Filming was done between August and September this year. Various MAC members and instructors performed for the camera in the creation of this film. There will be a showing of the video at the start of the Saturday class, at 18:30 p.m. Orders for copies will be taken at the end of class. All are welcome to attend.
