2023 June 24 - 25: MAC 40th Anniversary seminar

Annual Seminar:
After a three-year interruption occasioned by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Philippine aikido community resumes taking instruction from a Japan Aikikai master.

Featured again to teach this year is Fujimaki Hiroshi Shihan, 7th dan.

The two-day seminar will be held at the covered court of the St. Camillus Center for Humanization in Health, in Varsity Hills Village, Loyola Heights, Quezon City. It will be the first time an aikido seminar will be held at that venue.

2023 also marks the 40th anniversary of the Makati Aikido Club. The MAC has operated nonstop since 1983, including during the COVID lockdowns, during which it conducted 269 Zoom classes under Troy Nones Shidoin.
